What is kinesiology?

Kinesiology is a gentle yet powerful natural therapy that uses muscle monitoring as a way of accessing and releasing the cause of a particular blockage in the body that creates the particular condition. It is holistic in a way that it works at all levels including physical, emotional, mental, nutritional and energetic. By releasing the blockages we are activating the body’s own natural healing power. During muscle monitoring the kinesiologiest places gentle pressure on a muscle to gain feedback from the nervous system. This system called the neuro-muscular biofeedback mechanism.

What is muscle monitoring?

Muscle monitoring is understood to be an information gathering tool based on the neuro-muscular biofeedback mechanism. As muscles are connected to the nerves and nerves goes up to the brain we are accessingthe brain through the nervous system, thanks to muscle monitoring we can communicate with the brain at a conscious and subconscious level. The subconscious part of the brain is the one that holds our implicit memory containing continuous and complete data of all of our life experience. By becoming aware of our hidden and forgotten traumas and bringing it to the surface, we become conscious of the issue.  We are then able to process it and move forward.

How does it work?

By utilising muscle monitoring, we may access and release blockages and hidden stress  in the body. We can activate the body’s own healing power, restore vitality and create a positive change towards a more fulfilling life. When Kinesiologists work with the body we are accessing and working with the brain, the organs, and glands through the meridian system, a Traditional Chinese Medicinal technique. At any given time we also work with the given muscles that relate to the issue, the cranial bones, the chakra system, the auric field , the soul centers and other energetic and electrical systems. the neurology of the brain at lots of different levels should it be the anatomy & physiology of the brain or switching or the commissures. Not to leave out all the emotional components , and the nutritional issues including toxicity and much more…
